May 2014 - Chop Night

May marked our 3rd annual chop night. Everyone rolled up their sleeves to help peel, chop and blend fruits and veggies into delicious concoctions for our feathered friends. The mixtures were flavoured with tumeric and cayenne on the veggies and cinnamon on the fruit blend to make them extra tasty. Everyone had the opportunity to bring home multiple bags of chop to freeze in ice cube trays so it can last for months.
